The Daily Cap Limit is based on the previous day’s end-of-day equity.
At each reset at 5:00 PM EST, new trading limits are calculated.
Example:
Starting balance = 100,000 USD
End-of-day equity = 101,000 USD
The next day’s allowed range becomes:
98,000 USD to 104,000 USD
